Attention:
- Guards for fencing weapons (foil, epee, sabre) may only be used for fencing practice according to the rules of the FIE or the respective national fencing federation.
- The guard must be securely attached to the fencing weapon and must not wobble or be loose.

- Guards, as part of a fencing weapon, may only be used with complete protective equipment (according to DIN/EN 13567, in the latest version) to minimize the risk of injury.
- Repairs or replacement of parts, such as blades, guards, grips, etc., of fencing weapons (foil, epee, and sabre) may only be carried out by qualified professionals.
